Daltek's Quality Initiative is to satisfy all of our customer's program specification requirements. Daltek has been successful at meeting the rigorous quality standards of numerous OEM's in automotive, consumer goods, electronics, and recreation.  As part of the ongoing effort for continuous improvement, Daltek is in the process of achieving compliance to the ISO 9002 quality standard as well as TS 16949, the international quality standard.

Daltek uses state-of-the art testing equipment to ensure that our processes are in control and meeting our customer's requirements. The following is a list of test equipment currently in use:

• X-Rite Spectrophotometer - measures relative color values.
• Fisher Dualscope - measures coating thickness.
• Norman Abrader - tests abrasion resistance of coatings.
• Gardco Gloss Meter - measures relative gloss values.
• Microview Microscope - analysis if film builds and defects.

Our documentation far exceeds our customer requirements. Our management team has been involved in many quality systems and their experience includes 6-Sigma, QS 9000, ISO 9000 and the Toyota production system. 100% inspection can be performed on all parts. Incoming inspection is performed to catch any issues before we begin production on your parts. Final audit inspection is performed on all parts prior to shipment. Finally, our quality records are documented and entered into a database to track continuous improvement and first time yield.
